These terms govern use of akcern.am and Akcern services. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts under RA law. Use of the site by minors without parental supervision is prohibited.

Account creation
Some services require an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all actions taken from your account. Report any unauthorised access immediately to [email protected].

User obligations
You undertake: • not to use the site for unlawful purposes • not to distribute false or misleading information • not to disrupt site operations (spam, scraping, DDoS) • to respect the rights of other users and brokers • not to circumvent technical protections.

Property listings
Property listings on the site are informational and do not constitute a public offer. Prices, sizes and characteristics may change. Final information is confirmed at the time of transaction. Akcern is not responsible for the accuracy of data supplied by third parties.

Intellectual property
All site content — text, photos, logos, trademarks, source code — belongs to Akcern Holding or is licensed to us. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

Third-party services
The site may integrate third-party services (maps, payments, analytics). Such services are governed by their own terms. Akcern is not liable for the quality or availability of third-party services.

Fees and payments
Brokerage commissions are governed by a separate agreement with the client for each transaction. Browsing the site is free. Some additional services (valuation, legal advice) may be charged per tariff.

Limitation of liability
The site and services are provided 'as is'. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of presented information. Akcern's total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Indemnity
You undertake to indemnify Akcern, its employees and partners against any claim, damage, liability or expense arising from your breach of these terms or improper use of the site.

Termination
We may unilaterally terminate your account or restrict access for breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time via /account/delete or by writing to [email protected].

Dispute resolution
We seek to resolve any dispute through negotiation first. If negotiation fails, the dispute is subject to the courts of general jurisdiction of the Republic of Armenia. Pre-trial settlement period: 30 days.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Yerevan, RA.

Changes to terms
We may unilaterally amend these terms. Material changes are published on the site 30 days in advance. Continued use of the site after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
